About Islington Wharf

Islington Wharf is a landmark development in the resurgence of East Manchester, providing fantastic waterside living and a real sense of belonging just a few minutes from the city centre.

With over 500 homes, a hotel, retail, leisure and business space, Islington Wharf is a vibrant waterside community creating a new destination for Manchester.

Islington Wharf is the first scheme undertaken by ISIS. Our motivation is to create sustainable waterside communities, and we use energy-efficient, environmentally friendly materials where possible. We are committed to making the most of our natural waterside environment for everyone to enjoy. Because of this, 50% of our returns are re-invested by British Waterways in the maintenance and enhancement of the UK waterway network.
