The answer is our long-term commitment to regenerating and revitalising under-utilised areas alongside Britain’s waterways, with social and environmental objectives at the forefront of our approach. We are not interested in providing sterile gated developments that exploit the water merely as an idyllic setting for the buildings.

The current portfolio of 6,000 new homes is aimed to appeal to the varying needs of homeowners, from single, city dwellers to people looking for a family-friendly living space, through homes that are affordable and offer best practice in design and quality.

ISIS also has a unique approach to the creation of public realm and open space. Our developments are designed to maximise the usability and quality of these places to encourage their integration into community life - places that act as a focus for neighbourhood interaction by including such features as safe play areas and BBQ gardens.

We aim to integrate fully our developments with the waterways by encouraging active use of the developments by waterway users. Equally we will promote active use of the waterway by residents and businesses. We will implement innovative ways of achieving this from regular boating events and opportunities to win the use of a narrow boat, to providing bikes for hire within all our developments.
