Partnership Working

The complexity and scale that characterises ISIS’ development portfolio means that we work in partnership to deliver our ambitious objectives. These partnerships operate at all levels - national, regional and local.

We pride ourselves on the way that we approach partnerships having a unique insight into the dynamics of how these should be structured and run successfully. We have an open-mind as to the solutions that will need to be implemented and we do not get hung-up with structures – these are only ever a means to an end.

The key is to be clear about the objectives of the partners and to be flexible enough to accommodate the synergies - recognising what would constitute a success for the partnership as a whole.
